Kalijiro Rice
Or, "baby basmati" is a tiny, aromatic rice grown in Bangladesh. This rice cooks fast and is great when used in rice pudding.

Arabic word for “rice cake”.
Ketipat or Ketupat
Indonesian word; which refers to rice cake boiled in a packet of young coconut leaves. This recipe is quite simple. The ingredients include 3 cups uncooked rice and coconut leaves. Wash rice and discard water. Leave the rice to dry. Half-fill uncooked rice in coconut leaves, and wrap. Boil in water for 4 hours or longer, changing the water 2 or 3 times. Remove and hang to dry.
