Italian Arborio
|
Imported from Italy, this rice grows in the fertile Po river valley in northern Italy. This rice is ideally suited for an authentic, wonderfully creamy risotto or may be enjoyed by itself with just some butter and Parmesan cheese. It cooks up with a creamy texture and should be served "al dente" or with the center of the grains still firm to the bite.
