Healthy Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients:

cooked, Gourmet House® Brown Rice or Organic Brown Rice (without butter or salt) |
| 2 |
cups |
1% milk |
| 1/2 |
cup |
prunes, chopped |
| 1 |
Tbsp |
corn oil tub margarine |
| 1 |
tsp |
ground cinnamon |

honey or brown sugar (optional) |
|
|
fresh fruit (optional) |
Directions:
Combine prepared rice, milk, prunes, margarine, and cinnamon in a 2 to 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve with honey or brown sugar and fresh fruit, if desired. Makes six servings.
